At Aura Bliss, we respect your privacy and are committed to giving you full control over your data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can request to delete your account and associated information by following the steps below.
🔒 What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
When you request account deletion:
✅ Your profile, meditation history, preferences, and any associated data will be permanently deleted.
✅ You will be logged out of the app on all devices.
❌ This action cannot be undone.
We may retain anonymized or aggregated data for analytics purposes, which does not include any personal information and cannot be used to identify you.
📝 How to Request Account Deletion
To request account deletion, please follow these steps:
Send an email to: support@aurabliss.app
Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
Include the following details in your message:
Your registered email address
The reason (optional)
We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once the deletion is complete.
📁 Data Retention Policy
After deletion:
All personally identifiable information will be permanently removed.
If you're on a paid subscription, we recommend cancelling your subscription through the Play Store / App Store to prevent future charges.
